Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Toss steak and bell peppers in olive oil and salt. Skewer them.
  • Grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Mix parsley, garlic, and vinegar for chimichurri sauce. Serve with skewers.

Notes

Can be served with grilled zucchini.
