Ingredients
- 8 oz sirloin steak cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Toss steak and bell peppers in olive oil and salt. Skewer them.
