Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
